Was well looked after. Nurses/staff were polite, warm and welcoming. Ward was very clean. Explanation on telephone calls being free as I lost my phone (bag misplaced), I needed to talk to my husband.

Everyone courteous and kind. Nurse Felicia so nice. I wish the hospital had an ATM. Such a shame the phlebotomists need to hand-write patient. Info on bottles - my 6PS surgery has pre-printed sheets of labels that can just be stuck on bottles.
